We are looking for a Claims Enforcement Specialist to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.

What you will be doing?

We are looking for Claims Enforcement Specialist. If you have experience in working with law enforcement agencies, debt enforcement, inheritance and bankruptcy cases, and want to support us in creating an innovative future for banking, this offer is for you!

Key responsibilities:

  • Seizures handling: processing debt enforcement orders from administrative and judicial authorities on customers’ accounts

  • Debt enforcement: updating account blockades and balances on the basis of documents received. 

  • Contact with official institutions: to obtain explanations or provide information regarding enquiries addressed to the bank

  • Handling cases related to the death of customers: blocking accounts, reimbursement of unauthorised social security benefits, inheritance cases, enforcing instructions in the event of death, payment of funeral costs and others 

  • Handling bankruptcies and insolvencies: registration and enforcement 

  • Documentation creation: preparing responses, reports and analyses regarding tasks performed by the team, co-creating procedures and training materials

  • Support for ad hoc tasks: non-standard tasks that will be assigned to our team

  • Correspondence handling: registration, responding

Skills you should have

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in handling seizures related to bank accounts or in processing notices from law enforcement agencies

  • Knowledge of civil and criminal procedure codes and willingness to familiarise with banking law

  • Experience in teamwork - participation in the creation of training materials, development of new procedures, consultation with other departments

  • Focus on achieving results and focus on the company's interests

  • Independence, accuracy, punctuality and efficient, self-organised work

  • English B2, Polish C1

  • Desirable: commitment and willingness to participate in the development of procedures using new technologies, including process automation and the use of AI and machine learning
