What we do?
What you will be doing?
- Control over the correctness and completeness of data collected in the credit collateral database
- Verification and appraisal of the value of real estates accepted as a collateral for bank loan transactions
- Verification and evaluation of other collaterals
- Assistance with the administration of collateral agreements, cooperation with law advisors
- Standardization, automation of collateral assessment process
- Regular monitoring of portfolio in scope of collaterals issues
- Regular review of existing collateral rules and processes
- Follow-up supervisory regulations regarding collateral evaluations
- Close cooperation with the Credit Risk Analytics, Product Owners Teams & Business Teams
Skills you should have
- A university degree in Finance, Economics or Law or another qualification related to Construction would be an advantage
- Real Estate Appraiser license
- At least 3 years of valuation experience in banks or financial institutions
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Polish
- Practical knowledge of regulatory collateral evaluation requirements
- Ability to conduct deep quantitative and qualitative information analysis
- Team player, ability to build good interpersonal relationships and like to work in close partnership with the people in the business
- Ability and openness to work in a dynamic team
