We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team and support key areas of the bank – from innovative tech teams to our branch network and central operations.

What you will be doing?
Acting as a strategic partner to leaders across HQ and Retail Banking.
Building strong relationships with managers and employees, becoming a trusted advisor in all people matters.
Translating business needs into tailored HR solutions.
Serving as the first point of contact for employees on a wide range of HR topics.
Supporting recruitment processes and aligning hiring strategies with organizational needs.
Advising leaders on employee engagement, development, performance, compensation, talent planning, and more.
Leading organizational design and change management initiatives
Coaching managers on team dynamics, employee relations and leadership growth.
Collaborating closely with the broader HR team to ensure consistent and high-quality HR practices.
Skills you should have
Min 2 years of experience in a similar role as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist – preferably in finance, tech or branch network environments.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices in areas such as talent development, organizational design, and performance management.
Proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Strategic mindset with hands-on approach and execution capability.
High level of independence, ability to manage priorities and operate in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Proactive, people-centered and solution-driven attitude.
Fluency in both Polish and English (spoken and written).
Experience in international or matrix organizations is a strong plus.
