We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team and support key areas of the bank – from innovative tech teams to our branch network and central operations.

• Acting as a strategic partner to leaders across HQ and Retail Banking.

• Building strong relationships with managers and employees, becoming a trusted advisor in all people matters.

• Translating business needs into tailored HR solutions.

• Serving as the first point of contact for employees on a wide range of HR topics.

• Supporting recruitment processes and aligning hiring strategies with organizational needs.

• Advising leaders on employee engagement, development, performance, compensation, talent planning, and more.

• Leading organizational design and change management initiatives

• Coaching managers on team dynamics, employee relations and leadership growth.

• Collaborating closely with the broader HR team to ensure consistent and high-quality HR practices.

• Min 2 years of experience in a similar role as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist – preferably in finance, tech or branch network environments.

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices in areas such as talent development, organizational design, and performance management.

• Proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Strategic mindset with hands-on approach and execution capability.

• High level of independence, ability to manage priorities and operate in a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Proactive, people-centered and solution-driven attitude.

• Fluency in both Polish and English (spoken and written).

• Experience in international or matrix organizations is a strong plus.
