What we do?
What you will be doing?
You will be responsible for evaluating financial information, assessing credit risk for SME business clients and managing credit portfolios. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective credit risk management and policy implementation
- Analysing SME and micro business clients in granting and monitoring processes - conduct in-depth financial assessments to define appropriate credit limits
- Participate in credit decision-making processes
- Manage a portfolio of loans and the relationship with clients with regard to credit risk
- Perform data analysis to derive portfolio insights and improve risk management strategies
- Perform counterparty limits - granting, monitoring, ad-hoc credit reviews, Group reporting
- Develop and refine credit risk policies, processes and risk frameworks
Skills you should have
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SME / micro banking (especially Poland)
- Broad Knowledge of SME credit risk processes
- Knowledge of collaterals with emphasis on Polish regulatory requirements
- B.S. or Master's Degree in banking, economics, finance or related
- Understanding of credit bureaus and the type of data provided by them
- Good communication skills as well as strong presentation abilities
- Team player, ability to build good interpersonal relationships and like to work in close partnership with the people in the business
- Ability and openness to work in a dynamic team
- Knowledge of SQL
- Fluency in English
